In addition to the standard training plan set forth for all units within the 4th Brigade, there is a training program for all non-prior service personnel which is conducted on a continuous basis. Therefore when a new member joins a unit within the 4th, at whatever point in the training program they enter, they can complete the course from that point forward, and then continue with the next class until they have completed all phases within the training plan.
